Delicious Australian Sparkling Perry

We made this Methode Traditionelle Sparkling Perry back in 2018 with some unique pears from a small farm at The Summit near Stanthorpe. Apart from Williams and Packham, we secured some Bosc, Winter Nelis, and a few secret varieties to achieve this characteristic pear flavour. Our Brut⁺ Perry is naturally low in sugar and low in alcohol. The only sad thing is that this delicious drink is highly limited because we haven’t been able to get our hands on more of these beautiful fruits. Three hundred seventy-two bottles, that’s all there is.
