Brut+ is the only Méthode Traditionelle Sparkling Cider made in Queensland. It's made from fresh Granite Belt apples, which first have been crafted into delicious Cider. This Cider is then transferred into this bottle where it takes 12 months of secondary fermentation to mature. It's the same method used to make the famous French Champagne.
